Payment Policy

Velant Watch uses Shopify’s secure checkout to process orders. The payment options available to you are displayed during checkout and can vary by device, location and currency.

Accepted payment methods

Depending on checkout availability, payment options may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and supported digital wallets such as Google Pay. The checkout page is the authoritative list for your order.

When you are charged

Your payment method is processed when the order is placed. If payment is not authorized, the order will not be completed. Your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization while it verifies the transaction.

Order confirmation

After a successful purchase, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email address or phone number supplied at checkout. Review the item, color, quantity, shipping address and contact details immediately. If something is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Currency and international charges

Prices are displayed according to the active store market and currency. Your bank may apply foreign transaction or currency-conversion charges that are outside Velant Watch’s control.

Payment security

Payment information is transmitted through Shopify’s checkout and supported payment providers. Velant Watch does not ask customers to send full card numbers, security codes or account passwords by email.

Payment problems

If a payment is declined, confirm the billing address, card details and available funds, then contact your bank if necessary. You can also return to checkout and select another available method.
